The first steps of your training journey will take place at our lovely flagship store in beautiful Savannah, GA. There, you will spend a minimum of three weeks (or longer, if you can afford the time!) becoming intimately familiar with the products, processes, and principles that make River Street Sweets® a behemoth in the candy business industry. In learning by doing, you will develop muscle memory and familiarity with both machinery and procedures, as well as day-to-day administrative duties and other managerial tasks. From candy-making and sampling techniques to business operations and management, you’ll learn everything you need to run a successful candy store by being fully immersed in one. 

Opening Day, Hooray!

When you franchise with us, you invest in a company that invests in you. After your intensive hands-on rehearsal in Savannah, and with your grand opening right around the corner, you can rely on us to be there–literally! For the first seven days following your opening, the River Street Sweets® team will provide you with a squad of seasoned employees to help get everything up and running.
